I am a big fan of Basco Electric’s text alert system. They send you a text when the technician is on their way with an estimated arrival time. Sure beats that annoying 4 hour window that most electrician and plumbing companies use.My technician was Kris. He handled our small job very quickly and efficiently. He was also very polite.We are happy with our experience and will be calling Basco Electric in the future.
